The area of ​​cluttering amounted to 115 square meters. Environmentalists took snow samples at the site, which are now under study. An administrative investigation is underway under part 3 of art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

The reception of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint from local residents about the development of a quarry in Nurlatskiy district. According to the Nurlat residents, clay was illegally exported from this site. The inspectors made a trip to the address indicated in the appeal. As the inspection showed, this territory belonged to one of the enterprises of the Nurlatskiy district, but it violated the terms of the agreement on subsoil use. Currently, the organization voluntarily paid a fine of 300 thousand rubles.

Employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan as a result of an unscheduled audit revealed environmental violations in two organizations. The audit found that the organization of the Menzelinskiy district did not compile a passport for waste of I-IV class hazard, which is a violation of the Law on Production and Consumption Wastes No. 89 of June 24, 1998. At the Chelny enterprise, the draft standards for maximum permissible emissions were not implemented and the object of negative environmental impact was not registered as prescribed on June 25, 2019.

In both cases, a protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up in relation to a legal entity under Part 1 of Art. 19.5 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

The environmental damage from the landfill in Sovetskiy district of Kazan was estimated at more than a million rubles. Let us recall that employees of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed this waste dump during the raid. In relation to an individual, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The case file was submitted to court. The court ordered the offender to pay a fine for damage to the soil.

The contracting organization left construction waste on the territory of the gymnastics college after the repair work. It faces a fine of up to 250,000 rubles.

Analysis of water samples showed significant excesses in phenol by 4,405 times, in petroleum products by 466 times, in BPA by 249 times and other substances. The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan initiated a criminal case on the grounds of crime under Part 1 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

As it turned out during the audit, the contractor during the construction of the football ground allowed the discharge of waste in the form of plastic containers and polyethylene film. The area of ​​cluttering amounted to 32 sq.m. Currently, the territory is in good condition.
