Inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan learned about the unauthorized landfill near the Balchikly village of Nizhnekamskiy district, from the People’s Control. For the purpose of the survey, environmentalists left for the site, but it was not possible to identify the offender by analyzing the morphological composition of the garbage. To take measures to eliminate clutter, information was sent to the Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamskiy district.

The fact of violation of environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption waste was revealed by inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Apastovskiy district. Garbage volume of 52 cubic meters was dumped on the soil in 700 meters from the Apastovo settlement. The total area of ​​illegal storage amounted to 600 square meters.

Since April 1, within the framework of the sanitary-ecological bimonthly period in the Republic of Tatarstan, 458 violations of environmental legislation have been stopped, 265 of which are places of unauthorized waste disposal. To date, more than half of the identified violations have been eliminated, 129 unauthorized dumps have been liquidated.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan appeals to residents of the republic, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with a request to comply with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements of the law when accumulating household waste, as well as in treatment of industrial waste. We ask you to be conscious, to fulfill the requirements of the law on nature conservation, which are entrusted to you by the Russian Federation, as efficiently as possible. To exclude the storage of waste outside the facilities equipped in accordance with the requirements of legislation, accumulation facilities, not to allow waste incineration.

Chelny enterprise emitted pollutants into the air without purification. This violation was recorded by employees of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of citizens' appeals. In relation to the enterprise and officials were drawn up protocols on an administrative offense under Part 3 of Art. 8.21 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation; Art. 8.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation; Art. 8.46 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Inspectors of Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the raid revealed a violation of environmental laws near the Buinsk town. As it turned out, a team of workers carried out repairs on the bridge across the Sviyaga river, the metal structures of the bridge were cleaned from rust.

Unauthorized use of the water body was recorded by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a raid in Cheremshanskiy district. Water was used for drilling. In relation to the official, a protocol has been drawn up under part 1 of article 8.42 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan last fall recorded a metal pipe diverted to the Maly stream. The effluents had a specific pungent odor, and toxic chemical waste belonging to hazard class 3 was found in the composition. The organization must pay a fine of 300 thousand rubles.

Inspectors of the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with employees of the Tatar Environmental Protection Inter-district Prosecutor's Office, went on a raid in the Kaibitskiy district. During the inspection, they found out an organization that for its own needs produced underground water from a well drilled in the economic zone of landfill in B. Kaibitsy village.

In respect of the official, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under part 1 of article 7.3of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Disagreeing with the decision, the offender filed a complaint with the Kaibitskiy district court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The court decided to leave the decision of ecologists unchanged.

Laboratory studies have shown that the previously discovered substance is the Melosira varians alga, which is found in large quantities in freshwater bodies and is a component of any natural aquatic ecosystem.
