Today on the foreshore of the river Narimanka the inspectors of the South-Eastern territorial Department of Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan recorded the fact of illegal storage of dirty snow. Presumably, the snow masses were brought here from the territory of the production facility of one of the factories in Almetyevsk. If case presence of pollutants is confirmed, the violator faces administrative liability under Part 4 of Article 8. 13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Unauthorized storage of snow masses was discovered by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration near Mira st. in the residential area of Konstantinovka in the Sovetsky district. Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, who detained a truck on the Mamadyshsky highway, helped determine the location of the snow dump.

Arrived on the scene inspectors of the North territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Tatarstan confirmed that revealed fact is a violation of environmental requirements.
Illegal snow storage was detected by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry near "Rechnik" horticultural cooperative territory. During the site inspection it was found that in addition to snow, construction waste was also transported to the territory. The total area of the unauthorized dump was 150 sq. m., the volume was 45 cubic meters.
Violation of environmental legislation was discovered during a raid by inspectors of the Prekamsky Regional Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan near the village of Starye Gardali. The total area of the unauthorized snow dump was 370 sq. m. meters, volume - 480 cubic meters. Currently ecologists are conducting an administrative investigation. For unauthorized placement of snow dumps in accordance with Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, legal entities face a fine of 100 to 250 thousand rubles.
Residents of the eurovillage "Little Country" reported to the hotline of the Ministry about the discharge of wastewater in the Tukaevsky district . The concern of the citizens was caused by the yellowish color of the stream flowing near the "Alan" House of folk Art. Now based on that fact inspectors of Prekamsky regional administration of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan initiated administrative investigation for violation of article 8.45. Work to identify the source of the dump is in progress.
The work of the state inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology continued non-stop during the holidays and weekends of 2021. In the first half of January, a number of violations in handling industrial and consumer waste have already been suppressed.

The facts of soil pollution with wastes of 3.4 classes of hazard (oil products), with its further export to other regions with subsequent reloading and transportation for placement and disposal in violation of the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological environmental legislation, have been established in a number of regions of the Russian Federation. In some cases, the waste disposal sites did not have a solid cover, shed, envelope, which resulted in soil pollution. Violations were committed when transporting waste without appropriate contracts, licenses, driver training. In addition, the total volumes of waste stored at the sites significantly exceeded the technical capabilities of organizations for their processing.
The heads of territorial departments reported on the work done. Since the beginning of the year, state inspectors of the Ministry have identified 5,113 violations, eliminated 5,049 of them, which is 98%. Violators were fined in the total amount of 62.4 million rubles, environmental measures were taken for a total amount of 14.7 million rubles.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan began checking the quality of wastewater discharged by one of the Leninogorsk enterprises back in January 2020. At the discharge point, samples were taken from the treatment facilities, which showed exceeding of the standards for ammonium by 1.6 times, nitrites - 9.4 times, phosphates - 18.3 times, chlorides - 2.4 times, sulfates - 2 times. On this fact, a protocol was drawn up against the legal entity on the commission of an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code.
