The requirements of environmental legislation were violated by the enterprise in Leninogorsk. As part of a joint raid with employees of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Leninogorskiy district, inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded the storage of scrap and waste ferrous and non-ferrous metals contaminated during the dismantling of vehicles. For non-compliance with the requirements for treatment of production and consumption waste, the guilty person will be held administratively liable.
A large batch of waste of the 1st hazard class was discovered by ecologists on the territory of the garden society in Almetyevskiy district. 6 cubic meters of mercury, fluorescent lamps dumped onto the soil on the area of 26 square meters. Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan initiated an administrative investigation against unidentified persons under Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Violation shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine of up to 500 thousand rubles.
The South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens that waste was dumped on the ground at the construction site of a multi-storey building in Almetyevsk. The contractor disposed the remaining garbage in a previously dug pit with an area of 12 square meters. In addition, two areas of unauthorized waste disposal were fixed on the ground with a total area of 49 square meters. After the raid of inspectors, the violation was hastened to be eliminated.
The territory of “wild” quarry in Leninogorskiy district has now been restored. Abandoned plot near the Savochkino village was once chosen by locals, a landfill was formed from household waste and branches. Due to the funds of the fines received and payment for the negative impact on the environment, in the framework of the agreement concluded with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the district reclaimed a plot of 9,396 square meters.
The huge pipe warehouse at the production base in Almetyevsk attracted the attention of inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a helicopter over-flight. The area of the illegal storage was 880 square meters. An administrative protocol has been drawn up for a legal entity under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Both the tenant and the owner are guilty of cluttering the production base along Obyezdnaya street in Almetyevsk. Earlier, for formation of landfills from roofing material and tires, as well as the use of groundwater in violation of licensing conditions, environmentalists brought the base tenant to liability. Now, according to the results of analysis of samples, violations in the activities of the tenant have also been identified. The violator faces a fine of 400 to 700 thousand rubles.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and police officers carried out a joint raid on the territory of Leninigorsk. The survey revealed a violation of land law. On the site of one of the enterprises an unauthorized landfill with an area of 225 square meters was discovered. As verification showed, the site was not equipped with a waterproof coating, and was also not covered. To date, an administrative investigation is underway and protocols will be drawn up on identified facts.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan found violators during the unauthorized removal of the fertile soil layer in the Durasovo village of Leninogorskiy district. Illegal actions were carried out using specialized equipment. At the time of the environmental survey, the area of disturbed lands was 172 square meters. Upon the unauthorized removal and movement of the fertile soil layer, the Leninogorsk enterprise was held administratively liable under Part 1 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, a fine was imposed. In addition, the offender will have to rehabilitate the land.
Employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an eco-lesson at the Secondary School No. 23 “Manager” in Almetyevsk. The purpose of the event is to educate schoolchildren in the proper handling of household waste. The theoretical part of the lesson smoothly turned into a game form to consolidate the studied material.
