This violation was recorded by employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Almetyevskiy district. Protocols on administrative offense have been drawn up in relation to the natural person.

Inspectors from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded special equipment that leveled previously brought construction waste along Tchaikovsky street. The area of ​​illegal storage amounted to 288 square meters. For the placement of waste on the ground, the violator has already been prosecuted under Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Within a month, the bulk must be eliminated.

A car wash drained the wastewater, dirty water drained onto the roadway. Regarding a legal entity, a protocol is drawn up according to Art. 3.6 of Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan. The organization faces a fine of 200 thousand rubles.

During the raid, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded a violation in the field of subsoil use. In relation to a legal entity, a protocol on an administrative offense is drawn up under Part 2 of Art. 7.3. The organization faces a fine of 300 thousand rubles.

Analysis of water samples showed significant excesses in phenol by 4,405 times, in petroleum products by 466 times, in BPA by 249 times and other substances. The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan initiated a criminal case on the grounds of crime under Part 1 of Article 247 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Let us recall that for non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling waste from production and consumption since 2017, the company has been repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility. Now the enterprise has taken measures to eliminate the violations.

The accident at the oil pipeline in the Almetyevskiy district caused pollution of about 700 square meters territory. Information about the incident was promptly transmitted to the Office of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies and the oil company, the rush was eliminated on the same day.

Today, environmentalists have relocated to the site in order to monitor ongoing mitigation activities. 12 people and 33 units of special equipment are involved in the pumping of oil products, removal and export of contaminated soil.
