Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan have stopped 868 violations since the beginning of the year. The supervision was carried out on the territory of Kazan, Zelenodolskiy, Laishevskiy, Vysokogorskiy, Pestrechinskiy and Verkhneuslonskiy districts.

3,405 appeals were received by the Republican Public Reception of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan since the beginning of the year.

1,131 of them came through the School Eco-patrol mobile application.

Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration received an appeal from citizens about a landfill near the Malye Saltyki village. During verification, the fact of illegal storage was confirmed. The total area of the contaminated site was 1200 square meters. These facts are a violation of environmental law Art. 51 of the Federal Law “On Environmental Protection” No. 7-FZ.

Upon receipt of an appeal to the Ministry’s “hot line” about ​​fish death on Shanghai Lake, a field trip was promptly completed. The water body was examined by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held an awarding ceremony of the winners of the competition for the prize named after Professor V.A. Popov in the field of ecology and nature management, and a competition of scientific and practical works on ecology among students of universities of Tatarstan. “Your scientific works, discoveries, inventions are of tremendous importance for science, practice and implementation in our common cause - environmental protection”, the Head of the environmental department noted in his welcoming speech.

He discussed with Aleksandr Shadrikov issues of interaction in the field of environmental protection, and also participated in the awarding ceremony of the competition for the prize named after Professor V.A. Popov.

Bulk of garbage during the inspection of the territory in Naberezhnye Chelny was recorded by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. As it turned out, clutter at the store was recorded earlier. In relation to the violator, a protocol was drawn up according to part 1 of article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Littering has now been eliminated.

The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov, representatives of Tatenergo AO, Roshydromet, Rosrybolovstvo, RAO UES of Russia, RusHydro PAO, as well as executive authorities of Samara, Saratov, Volgograd and Astrakhan regions took part in the video conferencing meeting with the Federal Water Resources Agency.

Today, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and Federal Research Center “Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences”. The document was signed by the Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov and Director-Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Chemical Sciences Oleg Sinyashin.

The agreement provides for information interaction within the framework of the activities of the Center of Competence in the field of environmental safety at industrial facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

All results of groundwater monitoring at licensed water intakes with a production volume of less than 500 m3/day are provided by subsoil users to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, the Ministry continues the licensing process for horticultural partnerships. Already 164 licenses have been issued, the owners of which will have to submit reports for 2020 in the form of 4-LS (information on fulfilling the conditions for the use of subsoil in extraction of drinking and industrial groundwater is based on the Order of the Federal State Statistics Service No. 308 dated 07.07.2011).
