The Open House Day will be held on February 15 in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. All comers can address to ecologists with the questions concerning protection of environment, realization of the state ecological supervision, maintenance of ecological safety on territory of republic. 

The role of birds in the world and human life was discussed with the children from the kindergarten № 5 "Sunshine" of the city of Aznakaevo. Knowledge of the winged inhabitants was showed by the preschoolers within the framework of the ecological training

The illegal sand extraction is carried out near the village of the Tenki. This message was received by the Zavolzhsk Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan from the residents of Kama Ustyinsk Region. 

Tatarstan citizens, keen on environmental issues, are invited to participate in the international competition "Eco Tradition 2018". The aim of the competition is to popularize ecological traditions aimed at the development of environmental culture. The participants should tell about their ecological traditions in the works, presented in the format of the video presentation or videos. The duration of the video should not exceed 3 minutes.

On February 5-8, 2018, the International Geological and Geophysical Conference and Exhibition "Modern Technologies for the Study and Development of Eurasia (Geo-Eurasia-2018)" will take place in Moscow in the World Trade Center. The organizers of the event are the International Public Organization Euro-Asian Geophysical Society, the International Association of Scientific, Technical and Business Cooperation in Geophysical Research and Work in Wells, Public Organization Russian Geological Society. Experts, representatives of the largest mining and service companies, equipment manufacturers, as well as representatives of state structures, universities and research institutes and centers will come to take part in the event.

It was impossible to commit a crime against nature. The Kamaz drivers, trying to dump the dirty snow in an unauthorized place were caught during the night before by the inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

1181 appeals on environmental offences were received from citizens in 2017 through the state information system "People's control". 97% of them (1146 cases) were solved. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources is in the first place. The following categories are available for residents of Tatarstan: 

The nature protection action "Feed the Birds-2018", organized by the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of Ecology and Environmental management started in the Almetyevsk Region. 

Geological associations of the Republic of Tatarstan (students of grades 5-11 and their teachers) are invited to participate in the Siberian Geological Olympiad, organized by the Geological and Geophysical Faculty of the Novosibirsk State University, the Institute of Geology and Mineralogy, and the Institute of Oil and Gas Geology and Geophysics of the SB RAS.

Tatarstan students, postgraduates and young teachers of universities and colleges are invited to participate in the All-Russian eco-game, which aims to reduce the ecological footprint of participants and the university, and care for nature.
