ECO-summer continues in the republic. In July, yard camps will begin their work in the regions of Tatarstan. Sports, creative, recreational activities are prepared for children and adolescents, in order not only to provide a fun pastime, but also to teach the basics of ecological knowledge.
Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the Central Territorial Administration, visited the Republican Children's Health and Educational Center “Koster”. Here, in the framework of Youth Day, Damir Valiullin, Head of the Information Systems and Environmental Education Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a conversation aimed at expanding the ecological outlook.
The Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a request from citizens that a wastewater discharge into the terrain was made in one of the cafes in Mamadyshskiy district. When the inspectors left to the address indicated, the violation was confirmed. The company allowed the discharge of household waste without treatment on the area of 50 sq.m.
Decisions on administrative punishment were issued in the form of a fine in the amount of 40,000 rubles, and an order was given to eliminate the revealed violation.
The consequences of damage to soil and land resources were compensated by Gradresurs in Tukayevskiy district. At 12 meters from the water body, the company erected a metal fence, behind which it carried out land works and placement of scraps of eroded soils within the boundaries of the coastal protective strips. Gradresurs was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 8.42, Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. And within the framework of the settlement agreement concluded with the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, the violator undertook to carry out restoration work on the disturbed lands.
A survey of the territories of the city of Kazan, Laishevskiy, Pestrechinskiy, Verkhneuslonskiy, Vysokogorskiy, Zelenodolskiy, Tyulyachinskiy and Rybno-Slobodsky districts of Tatarstan was made today by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Fayaz Shakirov. During the raid 134 violations of environmental legislation were recorded.
As part of an agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and universities, 32 future professional conservationists undergo training practice in the department. Students from such universities as Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, Kazan State Power Engineering University, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering undergo practice at the ministry. This practice will help them to consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom.
New requirements in the field of environmental regulation were the subject of public discussion in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Entrepreneurs from Kazan and adjacent areas took part in the event, and users of other municipal districts of Tatarstan were also in communication mode.
The water protection zone and the water area of the Kazanka River were examined for compliance with environmental requirements. A joint raid was carried out by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Tatar Environmental Inter-district Prosecutor.
On the territory adjacent to the SNT “Victoria-Zarechye”, environmentalists recorded the fact of illegal disposal and burial of construction waste. For violation of the requirements of the Water and Land Code of the Russian Federation, the perpetrators will incur administrative liability under Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded illegal warehousing in Cheremshanskiy district, 2.5 km from Nizhnyaya Karmalka village. Waste abrasive materials, concrete breakage, waste of polyethylene, plastic, metal and other construction debris were left here by the contracting organization. The total area of pollution was 326 square meters. Currently, environmentalists have filed an administrative violation case under Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
