Materials were sent to the Almetyevsk City Court on bringing “Agrotorg” OOO and “X5-remont” OOO to administrative responsibility. As part of the investigation, environmentalists proved the involvement of companies in formation of a large-scale landfill of 2 thousand square meters in the Ursala micro-district, Almetyevsk.
The violation was suppressed by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a survey of the water protection zone of the Lesnoi Zai river. An administrative protocol was drawn up against an individual under Article 8.12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation; at the request of ecologists, the citizen had to disassemble the metal fence.
Violation of environmental legislation, namely the battle of building bricks and wood waste, was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Baumana street, Kazan. Waste littered the territory with a total area of 208 square meters, with a volume of 270 cubic meters.
A meeting with subsoil users was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Aleksandr Shadrikov. Representatives of companies engaged in development of subsurface resources on the territory of the republic were told about the existing situation in the field of subsurface use, and also gave answers and clarifications to questions that were received in preparation for the event.
Waste from construction and repair work was found by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan at the request of citizens on the Khezmet street in the Sovetskiy district. The littered area was 375 square meters.
