The Bugulma organization will pay a fine of 100 thousand rubles for the placement of production and consumption waste on the ground. Let us recall that this environmental violation was recorded by employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan this spring. On this fact, a protocol on an administrative offense was compiled in relation to a legal entity in accordance with Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The company filed a complaint with the Bugulma City Court. On October 4, 2019, according to the decision of the Bugulma City Court, this decision remained unchanged, the complaint was dismissed.
