Ferrous metal scrap and waste, used car tires. All these on the total area of ​​2,250 square meters were stored on the territory of the scrap metal reception center in Almetyevsk. In the absence of a shed and a network of storm drains with autonomous treatment facilities around the perimeter, the company placed all the scrap in the open site.
