Ecologists of Zakamskiy administration stopped illegal burning of waste

An individual entrepreneur from the village of Krasny Klyuch of the Nizhnekamsk district will be held liable for environmental violations. The person did not comply with the norms when handling waste products, namely, burning garbage on the territory of the enterprise. The violation of environmental legislation was recorded by the inspectors of the Zakamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The ecologists, together with experts from SIAC, sampled atmospheric air. The results of the analysis confirmed illegal incineration of waste, as a result of which the inspectors of the Zakamsk administration brought the violator to liability under Art. 8.2. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation: Non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption wastes, ozone-depleting substances, or other dangerous substances.
